NWWSA Open Day 2

We are having serious internet issues here at the NWWSA Open host hotel, so not much in the way of pictures here today from the NWWSA Open. We are attempting to upload a short video of a portion of James Walker’s prelim run, but no promises that it will get done any time soon! We don’t have all the qualifier results but we do know that men’s pro surf will include Chris Wolter, Jimmi Sparling and James Walker. We’d hazard a guess that the men’s pro skim will include Dom Legace, Kennan Flegel and Aaron Witherall, but we don’t have that info in front of us. Tough break for favorites Sean Cummings and Brian Baker. Yesterday was the prelims for all the pro divisions and then the masters am, and the women’s ams. Day 3 will see the juniors, man’s am and finals for the pro divisions. Only three of the pro’s will advance to the finals in each division.

We just checked the youtube video upload of James Walker prelim at the NWWSA Open and it’s at 40% after a few hours, so there is no way it will be finihsed before we have to head over for today’s contest. So we are sorry yet again for the lack of bandwidth here! We’ll try and at least have the podium pictures tomorrow of the men’s pro surf.
