Cheers for the link, unfortunatly wake surfing exists in a legal grey area, no one in power is keen to give a yes or no answer but that is prob a good thing. A no would really make it hard to keep the sport going

Yeah, we had those same issues here in the States about 5 or 6 years ago. A few manufacturers formed the World Wakesurf Association, which is now defunct because everybody wanted to control the sport their own way and wouldn’t cooperate. Is there any manufacturer making money from the sport? Centurion boats focused a huge amount of their advertising budget on the sport and those folks were instrumental in preventing some bans here in the US.
